Since September 2025, the range of products and services awarded the EU Ecolabel has continued to expand. The number of certified products increased by 7% (+7,596), while the number of licences grew by 5% (+157). A licence represents the certification agreement between a company and the EU Ecolabel and can cover multiple products or services.
Particularly strong growth can be seen in several product groups:
- Furniture: +4,963 products
- Tissue paper and hygiene products: +1,017 products
- Textiles: +461 products
There have also been increases in the number of licences, including in the following areas:
- Tourist accommodation: +81 licences
