Certification Process
How did you experience the certification process?
“Unfortunately, not very positively. The certification process was always very lengthy, as certain documents or information were missing and had to be submitted afterwards. Feedback from our suppliers, as well as from RAL, often took a very long time — sometimes up to four weeks. We repeatedly had to follow up with RAL and/or raw material suppliers before receiving a response. In some cases, registering a new product took more than one and a half years.”
