Our company is certified according to ISO 14001.” ### Certification Process **How did you experience the certification process?** “Of course, many documents were requested. However, the cooperation with RAL is very good.” **Were there any particular challenges – and how did you overcome them?** “Some customer requirements are difficult, or even impossible, to fulfil according to EU Ecolabel criteria.
